This botanical floral maxi dress features a hand embroidered smocked front bust that accentuates the ruffled hem of the bodice which flows beautifully into a fully maxi length skirt. Founded on art and craftsmanship, Loretta Caponi is an Italian embroidery legend. In 1967, her first atelier in Florence, Italy debuted the iconic one-size turtleneck nightgown in colorful prints and colors with her innovative smock stitch that had previously only been used in children’s clothes. Today the brand celebrates their master artisans who preserve and invigorate these century old embroidery techniques, giving the same love, care, and more than 390 hand-stitches for a single garment as Loretta Caponi herself. -
