After several years designing on bulky and rigid seasonal timelines, Helen de Kluiver founded CAES in 2019 to instead create a timeless and sustainable wardrobe. They prioritize small batch collections and slow fashion with a minimalist sensibility. CAES produces elegant styles with a quality to be worn year after year by using ethical supply chains and materials with small environmental footprints.
